Service Level Agreement
Service Level Agreement
This Service Level Agreement describes the general support and infrastructure commitments associated with eligible hosting services. Specific plans, managed-service scope and applicable guarantees may vary by product.

- Unlimited reboots for eligible VPS/Dedicated Server services
- Knowledge-base access for supported control panels
- Control-panel training resources where available
- Bandwidth upgrades where available
- MRTG bandwidth graphs on request for eligible dedicated servers
- Reverse DNS for eligible VPS/Dedicated Servers
Network SLA
BD Soft Inc. aims to provide reliable network connectivity supported by redundant infrastructure and multiple network paths. The network uptime commitment for eligible services is 99.9%, excluding scheduled maintenance and other exclusions stated in the applicable service terms.
Where an eligible service experiences qualifying network downtime, service credits may be available upon written request and subject to the applicable SLA conditions. Network downtime is generally measured from the time a qualifying issue is reported through the support system until the issue is determined to be resolved, excluding scheduled maintenance.
Self-Managed SLA
Eligible self-managed servers may include initial security hardening, hardware replacement and reboots. Target support response for eligible issues is generally within 4 hours. Remote access availability is targeted at 99.9% for eligible services. Extensive troubleshooting beyond included support may be chargeable where applicable.
Managed SLA
Managed servers receive priority handling for issues within the subscribed managed-service scope. The exact response targets, included work and any service credits depend on the managed service purchased with the server.
Hardware SLA
For eligible hardware failures covered by the service, BD Soft Inc. will work to replace the failed component as quickly as reasonably possible. The applicable replacement target begins after the issue has been identified as a hardware fault. Any service credit is subject to the applicable product terms and SLA.

Terms of Service
Terms of Service
BD Soft Inc. provides IT, software, web, domain, hosting and related digital services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and any service-specific conditions applicable to your order.
1. Acceptable Use
Services must be used for lawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate services where we reasonably determine that an account is being used for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, malicious activity, copyright or trademark infringement, or activity that threatens our systems, network or other customers.
2. Account Security & Backups
Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials and maintaining appropriate backups of important files, databases, email and other data. Do not share passwords unnecessarily; change credentials when access has been provided to another person.
3. Resource Usage
Shared and reseller hosting resources are intended for normal website operation. Excessive CPU, memory, process, inode, database, storage, bandwidth or other resource consumption may result in a warning, optimization request, restriction, suspension or migration to a more appropriate service.
4. Email & Anti-Spam Policy
Unsolicited commercial email, spam, abusive mailing activity, compromised mail accounts and activity that harms mail-server reputation are prohibited. Mailing lists must use legitimate consent practices and comply with applicable laws and provider limits. Accounts involved in abusive SMTP activity may be suspended or terminated.
5. Content Restrictions
Hosting may not be used for malware, phishing, fraud, unauthorized hacking, brute-force attacks, illegal content, pirated software or copyrighted material without authorization, malicious scripts, spam services, prohibited proxy/torrent services, or other content and activities prohibited by applicable law or the service's acceptable-use rules.
6. Support
Support is provided through the designated support channels. Response and resolution times vary by service and issue. Application-specific development, third-party software and customer-side configuration may fall outside standard hosting support unless included in the purchased service.
7. Payments, Suspension & Cancellation
Services are activated subject to receipt of applicable payment. Overdue accounts may be suspended. Cancellation requests should be submitted through the designated support/account channel before renewal. Refund eligibility depends on the product, order terms and applicable refund policy; domains, certificates, VPS/Dedicated Server products and third-party services may have different refund rules.
8. Service Changes
BD Soft Inc. may update service features, pricing, resource limits and technical configurations from time to time. Existing prepaid service periods will generally remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
9. Network & Uptime
We aim to provide reliable services and network connectivity. Uptime commitments, exclusions, maintenance windows and service-credit procedures are product-specific. Please refer to the applicable service page and order documentation.
10. Data & Law Enforcement
We may disclose information where required by applicable law, court order or lawful request from a competent authority. We may also take reasonable action to protect our infrastructure, customers and network from security threats or abuse.
11. Transfers & Migration
Migration assistance may be offered as a courtesy for eligible services. Transfer feasibility and completion time depend on the source platform, data structure and technical conditions; no migration can be guaranteed in every case.
12. Policy Updates
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version published by BD Soft Inc. should be treated as the latest version, subject to any service-specific agreement that applies to your order.
Service relationship with Rezistry.com: Domain registration, hosting, VPS, dedicated server and business email orders may be completed through Rezistry.com, a BD Soft Inc. venture. The terms shown by Rezistry.com at checkout and in your service agreement should also be reviewed for the specific service you purchase.
